30-Day BodyRock Challenge...Let's Go!!!
Now that I've lost the weight, it's time for me to tone up. The last two months I have solely focused on getting my eating in check by paying HUGE attention to the nutritional value in the foods I have been eating as well as doing cardio exercises 5 days a week. To tell you the truth, my new eating and exercising habits have now become the way of life for me. Once you see results it becomes a big encouragement and keeps you wanting more.
With nearly 20lbs lost in two months, I am now ready to get my body toned up! I want to start this journey with the http://www.bodyrock.tv crew. Have you heard of CharlieJames1975 on YouTube??? Yea, that's her crew so you know this is going to be one intense month. *Sheesh!*
Well on with the photos! As you can see this is how my body looks as of now. I don't see my abs being too difficult to tone up but I am curious to see just how toned they will be at the end of the 30 days.
Now as far as my thighs...*sigh* Good Lawd. I have never shown anyone my legs in over 5 years so you Home Skillets are super loved...I'm just saying! For a long time now I have been struggling with cellulite and the lack of any type of thigh muscle...it's pretty sad. No matter what I do, I cannot get my legs to act right and it's beyond frustrating..GRrRRrr!!! >_<
The enemy (cellulite) will attack you no matter how skinny or thick you are, how old or young you are...if you are a women be careful! And don't be fooled by the genetics talk either. It's all about finding what works for your body and I really do hope I found something that works. :::crosses fingers:::
