This not only applies to getting fit but LIFE as well!
Often times I hear a lot of "I can't"..."I could never"..."I tried but"..."shoulda, coulda, woulda".
But are we really giving our dreams/goals 100% or are we just doing things half way and expecting 100% in return?
Stop underestimating your strength & capabilites because ANYTHING is possible if YOU really want it.
